Employee States: The team member states that they were doing a replen that they picked up in the [REDACTED] and had to take to the [REDACTED]. The pallet started to tip while they were doing the replen and they pushed up against the pallet to straighten it out. In doing so they felt a sharp pain in their left wrist into their arm and shoulder. They continued to work thinking the pain would go away but after resting the pain in their shoulder has not decreased. The team member was not scheduled to work until [REDACTED] so they reported the incident when they came in to work
