What happened
Employee States: I was getting salmon boxes from the bottom of the sushi freezer shelf using the plastic straps. The box was already open and the product started to fall. I grabbed the product and twisted the product to try to squeeze through the walk in. Then I put the salmon down on the table outside the walk in I walked back into the cooler and I started to feel my back tighten up so I tried stretching my back out. I then kept working and it kept getting worse so I went to the floor to buy heated patches. I then informed my Team Leader that it was hurt and needed to fill out an incident report.
