Employee States: Employee states he was parking his jack in the parking area and went to step off his jack. He thought his foot was clear of the platform of his jack but it was not. As he stepped off the toe of his boot caught and slipped off the equipment bending his knee at an awkward angle as he caught himself. Straightening his knee is now causing him severe pain.
