Employee States: Employee states : On [REDACTED] I was in the beginning of [REDACTED] the pallet was frozen together and I had to pick 3 boxes. There was a pallet right next to the spot I stepped on when breaking the frozen boxes apart. When I stepped down I stepped into a bunch of ice and fell down right down on my knees. I did not mention this to anyone or report it. On [REDACTED] throughout the day I began developing pain in my back. On [REDACTED] I went to the hospital as my back pain got so severe it caused me to fall and everything. I have back pain every day.
