Rolling and prepping meat and sides for trays then assisting production line when needed.

Employee States: Employee stated I was preparing and rolling packages of meat and sides like mayonnaise and mustard. I was helping work on the sub line as needed. I noticed that my right hand arm were sore and became numb. I iced with an ice pack out of first aid kit. It helped some. I iced again when I arrived home. When I came to work on [REDACTED] I mentioned to our employee advocate. He recommended filling out an incident report. [REDACTED] I mentioned again. He referred me to the front end or Human safety. I want to report at this time. I don 't want to call MEDCOR. At this time I wanted to report the pain that I 'm feeling.
