Employee was moving dirty dishes from a rolling cart onto the dirty dish table in the dish room

What happened

Employee States: Employee sates she was in the dishwashing area and she put small trays on the drying rack and small containers with their lids on a utility cart. While she was cleaning she heard a lid from one of the small containers fall onto the floor but she didn 't see where it dropped. She went to put one of the clean trays on the drying rack she then stepped on the lid and slipped on the lid that fell from the utility cart landing on her right hip right back leg and right elbow. She immediately went out and told her coworker and then her coworker went to tell the night manager.
