Pushing on pallets in the [REDACTED] trailer

An employee was loading empty EMB into a trailer using a forklift. The stack of EMB repeatedly caught on the previously loaded EMB and would not fit into the designated space. To resolve this the employee exited the forklift and manually shifted the stack to make it fit. After repositioning the EMB the employee did not experience any pain or discomfort at that time. Upon returning to work the next day the employee informed the team leader at [REDACTED] about arm & shoulder discomfort and later noticed swelling in their hand. The MERT team was called to assess the situation
