Employee was at the LGOD conveyor working with the pump due to it not pumping water from the tray to rine tank. Employee squatted down to reposition pump. Hair got caught in conveyor and employee went to pull hair out of conveyor and her R hand contacted the shaft on the pipe roller.

While employee was squatted down to reposition the pump her ponytail made contact with the rotating shaft in the pipe track roller at the LGOD conveyor. Employee attempted to pull her to prevent it from further coiling around the shaft with her right hand. Employee 's right indext finger middle finger and ring finger was injured while employee was attempting to free her hair.

Abrasion to top of right hand. Inflammation to knuckle on index finger bruising to index middle and ring finger slight deformity to index finger and soreness to scalp.
