entering in the dirty oil tank for an inspection

entering in the dirty oil tank for an inspection on the Ot Bd long 'l bhd upon entering the tank I had to go through a swash bhd I entered the lithting hole of the swash and lost my balance trying to land my right foot on a support in the tank my left leg became my support until I sas able to control my balance to pull myself back out through the lighyting hole. Once I was out of the tank I realized my knee area was in a lot of pain. By the end of the workday the pain became unbearable and I texted the company Safety Director.
