What happened
Associate was carrying their equipment to a truck. The associate was using their right hand to open the cab and climb in while holding their drill and faceshield in their left hand with their grinder cradled between their left arm and torso. While grabbing the handle to enter the cab the grinder activated and cut their left forearm. This resulted in a 2-inch laceration which required nine stitches.
