What happened
Associate was preparing to clean off residual oil from a truck in the wash bay [REDACTED] walked into the mechanical room to to power on the system and when he returned into the wash room he stepped into the grating and fell in the drain. As [REDACTED] fell he landed on the larger grate and his pinky finger of the right hand went between the grating and caused a dislocation
