A temporary worker was assigned to Line 5 at the [REDACTED] facility. While working close to the wall near the production line the employee stepped on a wheeled platform(Dolly); and their foot slipped backward they felt a pulling sensation in their right leg. Despite the discomfort the employee completed the remainder of their shift without further issue. The following morning [REDACTED] the employee began their shift at [REDACTED] and continued to work normally. At approximately [REDACTED] they reported increasing pain to their line lead explaining that the incident had occurred the previous day shortly after her second break at around [REDACTED]. When asked why she had not reported it earlier she stated that she did not initially consider it serious and the pain was not significant at the time. Upon reporting the injury the employee requested medical attention.
