Before the incident
The associate was getting supplies to inspecting a railcar.
What happened
The associate was at the shop pickup truck getting supplies from the truck and walk around the rear of truck to return to the railcars and felt a twist pop in his left knee and as he began to walk he felt a sharp pain in his knee and stopped. He returned to the shop pick up and then returned back to the terminal. He was asked if he needed medical attention and did agree to it. He was offered a ride but declined and drove himself home. I provided the Medcor Triage Nurse number him to call for guidance. He said he will call the number and report back to me [REDACTED].
