What happened
The associate was hooking up at his assigned railcar and once he finished attaching the hose to the railcar and stood up he felt a pop in his right knee. He did call me on [REDACTED] @[REDACTED] and reported the incident and did not want immediate attention and wanted to proceed working. He notified me at [REDACTED] @[REDACTED] and expressed he had swelling around the right knee; some pain and would like to have it looked at by a medical physician. I offered him the Triage Nurse number to call for further assistance.
