What happened
The employee was packing boxes and placing them on the harvest machine belt when as she was about to place another full box she suddenly fainted in the harvesting area. Witnesses observed her fall backward to the ground. While on the ground the employees body became tense she began shaking and her eyes rolled back. Coworkers assisted her but she was unresponsive. The employee later stated she could not remember the moment of the faint and reported that she may have struck her lower back on the harvest machine table during the fall
