Lifting a box

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Moen associate with 2 years of experience was working in the Pick to Belt and was pulling an 8 box (piece) order. After bending down to pick up a box the associate began lifting up the box to place it on the belt when they felt a pop in the middle of their back muscles tightened immediately & sharp pain followed.
