What happened
Employee was breaking out glass at the cutting table at line 2 As the employee was removing trim and disposing of it into the hopper the long skinny piece of trim broke into 2 pieces causing the employee to puncture his right middle finger with the piece of trim he was holding in his left hand The puncture was small and did not bleed a lot The employee was sent to the clinic to receive a tetanus shot however upon xrays it was discovered that the employee still had fragments of glass in his finger The employee was taken to the hospital where he was seen by hand specialist who had to cut his finger in order to remove the fragments of glass Due to the cut that was done to get the fragments out he received 7 stitches
