Nightshift supervisor reported employee was injured around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee was working in line 1 breakout Employee had bent down to clean and blow out debris from underneath the breakout table when her forehead made contact with the table and glass Employee immediately noticed she was bleeding and rushed to the bathroom to begin washing her wound Night shift supervisor met her outside the restroom and begin to administer firstaid Cut was inspected and was not deep did not require medical attention and was approximately 1 inch in length Employees wound was sanitized; bleeding was stopped and was bandaged Employee was given ibuprofen and was ok to return to work
