Employee was breaking out 30mm glass at HVCL He noticed a sliver of glass under a lite he was handling He picked up the corner of the lite with his left hand and swept the sliver under the glass out with his right hand In the process the lite vented and came up and hit him in the lip Resulting in in a cutpuncture to his lower right lip
