After working near the lamination ovens which were not on but still warm He went to the washer section of the line The ambient temperature was appoximately 80 degrees Observing his team while working at the Lamination washer
What happened
Maintenance team member was working on his knees servicing the washer at lamination line 2 and passed out He fell forward and hit his head on equipment causing a 14inch cut above his left eye The employee was awake and alert immediately after he fell He had just been working on the ovens and was possibly overcome by heat Wound was cleaned and dressed on site
