Offline packing stock glass

Two team members were packing 60 TRO 48 x 84 stock glass offline in the vicinity of the [REDACTED] area They flipped the clave arm fingers up for the last unit freeing it and realized there was not enough room in the case for it Their department manager was standing along the edge of this work area Both team members were holding the unit on the MT rack when the department manager came over to them While they were talking the injured team member let go of the piece of glass Shortly after the other team member also let go of the glass thinking their partner was holding it At this time the glass fell and both team members attempted to catch it They pushed the glass back up and secured it with the clave rack arms The department manager noticed blood coming from the left forearm of the injured team member and asked if they were ok They looked down and realized there was a laceration and that it was serious The department manager immediately rushed the team member to the first aid room The d
