Disposing long piece of trim

Employee was breaking out as normal He then went to break down the long trim off of a 96x144 sheet of glass into our cullet box As he was breaking it down on the cullet box cover framework the piece of trim got caught as he was pushing his hand forward and it punctured through his cut glove and liner Him and a first responder immediately went to the first aid room to attempt in house first aid After 11 minutes of not being able to slow the bleeding and him saying he was beginning to experience numbness while still and sharp pain with any hand movement he was taken to the ER After the doctor was able to get it cleaned up enough to see inside the wound there was a chunk of glass lodged which was causing the numbness sharp pain when moving It was removed and the wound was closed with 3 stitches The doctor then assessed him for restrictions afterwards and he was cleared with no restrictions
