While reaching into their right front pocket with their right hand the employee felt a pop on their pinky finger. When the employee looked at their finger they recognized that it was out of position (see photo from day of incident). The employee said there was no pain involved and didn 't need immediate medical attention. Looking to have finger examined now to see if it needs to be put back into place.
