What happened
Following the loading of Oven 2 [REDACTED] attempted to manually retrieve an empty cart from the corral without using a cart mover. While pulling the cart backward the wheels caught her foot causing her to stumble and fall. [REDACTED] immediately stood up and continued working for approximately five minutes before reporting to the supervisor 's office to treat a scrape cut and bruising on her knee.
