On break walking up to the door to enter the main plant.
What happened
Team member was attempting to enter the employee man-door as another team member was exiting from the other side. As the team member entering was reaching for the door the team member exiting opened the door and struck the one entering on the right hand. Injured employee notified supervisor and iced injured area immediately. Right hand swelled up fairly quickly and team member was in a considerable amount of pain and discomfort. Team member went for medical evaluation.
