FEAM mechanic [REDACTED] was performing a walk around of his assigned aircraft on the Amazon [REDACTED]. At the same time Amazon was moving freight around the aircraft using their tugs and train of dollies. Instead of [REDACTED] walking around the dollies to continue his inspection he walked in between and over the tongue of the dollies which were connected to a tug. He tripped and fell claiming the dollies were moved when he stepped over causing him to fall. He spoke with amazon safety after the incident and told them he didn 't need any medical attention and he continued working.
