On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Lift Mechanic [REDACTED] was going on a parts run to pick up parts for lift equipment he was servicing when he got into a car accident while returning back to the Distribution Center. Driver #1 ([REDACTED]) was heading West on [REDACTED] in the left lane passing a semi-truck and trailer that was turning right on to [REDACTED] as if to pull into Kum & Go. Driver #2 ([REDACTED]) pulled out of [REDACTED] to head East on [REDACTED] and cut across two lanes of traffic in front of the semi as Driver #1 was passing and caused Driver #1 to hit Driver #2 broadside.
