Outfitter was working in north receiving loading postage trailers in dock door 45.

On [REDACTED] outfitter [REDACTED] working in [REDACTED] had finished loading the postage packages into the FedEx trailer in dock door 45. He picked up the empty pallet in between the slats to stack onto the empty pallet stack that was only 10 pallets high before adding his pallet. When the pallet his was stacking was coming down the top of his left hand made contact with the inner part of the pallet.
