What happened
IE was fixing the stair ladder to be able to perform the job. As he was going up the ladder it fell forward. The employee caught himself with both arms on the tower as it fell. On impact his right leg fell to the side of the tower causing his ankle to become strained due to the sudden stop and movement of the ankle.
