What happened
The operation was performed improperly [REDACTED] used an improper technique opening the valves in the incorrect order. The tank pressure forced keg wash (an acid based chemical) in the lines out a tube directly into his face. Safety Glasses protected his eyes from direct conflict but the Acid dripped down his forehead into his eyes. He was immediately escorted to the eye wash station and medical professionals were called. We visited urgent care and he was treated by an optometrist.
