What happened
Per employee ' 's supervisor - verified with employee for accuracy - As reported by employee patient was asked to complete a therapeutic task and she became angry. The patient went to go eat the soap and patient jumped on the counter top. Employee went to help her get down and the patient jumped on employee 's head and twisted her neck. Patient grabbed employee 's right ear and twisted her neck. Patient also ripped out a large chunk of employee 's hair. Employee reports pain between shoulder blades. Coworker assisted with removing the patient from employee.
