What happened
Another Lab employee put a different product of tubs that was much heavier on the top rack. The injured employee was unaware of this because the rack was labeled improperly by the other lab employee. When they injured employee pulled the tub off the shelf they were not prepared for all that weight and strained their right shoulder in the process.
