Walking with a hose to connect

We have to put the hose through the back of the [REDACTED]. When she finished she went back to bring the hose through and hit the studs that poked out of the ground. She tripped and fell down on her way down she was trying to find something to grab onto and used her arm to help with the fall. When she fell the impact cause her shoulder to strain.
