Before the incident
Pulling electrical line in the penthouse.
What happened
[REDACTED] was performing wiring replacement in the penthouse area for the can line. As he progressed along the panel he reached a specific point in the wire pull. When he sat up to reposition himself and continue his work his head inadvertently made contact with the externally mounted cabinet cooler housing the Zacmi equipment. This contact resulted in a laceration to his scalp. [REDACTED] immediately notified his supervisor and left the premises to seek medical attention at an urgent care facility. Upon examination the attending physician treated the injury by applying medical-grade adhesive to the wound and cleared him to return to work.
