I picked up linen blue bag to throw into container I felt something pull in my middle lower back throughout the left side. I continued working and it became worse throughout the day. I was off the [REDACTED] and by [REDACTED] I couldn 't move from the bed for 5-6 hrs. The pain goes down my left leg my leg is numb and I can barely walk. I told my supervisor [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. I didn 't mention it before because the pain wasn 't too bad.
