What happened
Employee pulled a 34 inch skirt off the skirt cart with right hand and in his left hand he had the hooks. Employee attempted to place the hook on the hole of the skirt and accidently dropped the skirt. Employee made the attempt to catch the skirt with his left hand and missed causing his left wrist to make contact with the end of the skirt. Employee had gloves and a sleeve but the sleeve had moved up away from his wrist.
