Normal Duties

Puncture Laceration of lower left abdomen. Trainer (Injured Party) was training a New Contingent Employee (NCE) on Press Operation. There was some confusion over the continuing to run the press on line #2 by the NCE. After some discussion between the NCE and the Trainer a verbal altercation began. This was approximately [REDACTED] after lunch break. At approximately [REDACTED] the NCE approached the Trainer and pushed him. The Trainer caught his balance and started forward the NCE pushed him again. The NCE allegedly had a pair of scissors in his hand and cut stabbed the Trainer in the lower left abdomen.
