What happened
While removing the rubber plug from drill bit the fixture EE was holding that is used to knock-out the plug from the hollow bit slipped and left index finger went under bit cutting left index finger. The operation is as follows: With drill press not running place knockout under bit. Lower handle to knock out plug from bit. Remove plug and knockout fixture. Re-align bit and restart drill for next hole.
