Employee was handling a stack of grain buckets (4 high) when they stepped over a feed line. Right hand on top left on the bottom. When he steeped over a feed line his foot which he had swung over first slipped on the shavings. He managed to stop himself from falling but when he dropped the buckets he was caring he felt a strong pain in his left shoulder arm. EE says they reported injury on [REDACTED] to Farm Manager. They also say they got an ibuprofene from the team lead that same day. Farm manager and team lead denies this. Team lead says he asked for one on [REDACTED] but did not specify why. Manager says EE texted them on [REDACTED] saying they were running late because their armed hurt did not specify why. They then texted them on [REDACTED] saying they could not make it into work due to their arm and that it was work related. Manager sent EE to nurse for evaluation.
