EE had been repositioning an obese patient with assistance from coworker over the course of her shift Patient was on a lowairloss bed with a Dabir overlay and kept sliding down the bed They would slide shim patient up with a sling but the overlay caused some drag so it was difficult to pull patient up to the top In this instance EE felt a sharp sensation and tightness between her shoulders and felt discomfort in her neck by the end of her shift
