What happened
EE and the quality manager were looking at incoming material. Manager asked EE not to proceed with doing anything with the materials. EE was crouched over unscrewing the last portion of a crate a slab of stone arrived in. Once the last portion was unscrewed the stone fell out of the create and hit the right side of his body. He was stuck under the stone for about 45 seconds.
