Before the incident

What happened
The employee went to disconnect a hose located behind shelving units that store plastic rolls. Due to the narrow space the employee entered sideways. After disconnecting the hose and while exiting the area the employee tripped and fell. While attempting to stand up a falling plastic roll struck the employee in the upper back between the shoulder blades resulting in injury.
