Before the incident
Bending over to lift an oversize box it was the last one and on the bottom of the cart.
What happened
IW stated he was helping the driver next to him load their van. He bent down to pick up the last package on the cart (approximately 20 pound box) and said while he was bent over and lifted he felt a pain in his lower back. IW attempted to continue on with his route but stated after completing a couple of stops he was not able to bend over without consistent pain.
