What happened

On [REDACTED] Employee 1 EE 1 was stationed at his workstation performing product receiving stacking Strut operations for EG0830-20NH-US 13 16 20ft material. After successfully receiving approximately 55 pieces of product the angle iron component to the end stop became dislodged and was forcefully ejected striking EE [REDACTED] left foot in the metatarsal area. EE texted EHandS at [REDACTED] that he went to the ER. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] after many failed attempts to contact the employee i decided to visit the EE at his home to see how he was feeling and to pickup the hospital paperwork he only gave me a work Excuse letter stating the he was treated in the Emergency room and could return to work on [REDACTED]. he also mention that the rest of the paperwork is with his friend. I asked why would your friend have your paperwork his response was ill email it to you. EE Returned to work on [REDACTED] and is able to put weight on his foot and no signs of limping. EE was cleared without restri
