[REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reported that her left eye was bothering her. [REDACTED] Claimed some debris went into her eye on [REDACTED] while she was working on grooving fiberglass ductboard insulation. [REDACTED] claimed she did not reported then since she didn 't felt it was significant but now 2 days after she experiencing some discomfort. [REDACTED] mention that EE- press down on the garbage and that 's when she felt the insulation particle in her eye. EE-1 was provided with eye wash solution and felt great relief. 11725 At approximately [REDACTED] the employee informed their supervisor that their eye was still hurting. EE was brought to office and the right eye was visibly red and irritated. The nurse hotline was called and they recommended taking her to the Dr. in case there is a corneal abrasion. EHS took employee to [REDACTED] arriving at approximately [REDACTED] EE- was diagnosed with corneal abrasion and prescribed antibiotic eye drops ofloxacin 713 EE Requested a follo
