Scooping recycled resin on the film line

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was scooping recycled resin from a drum on the film line between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] when they felt a pinch under their right pointer finger. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working with leadership to remove a shaft on the film line. Leadership noticed [REDACTED] grimace and asked if they were OK. [REDACTED] shared that on [REDACTED] they had gotten dust or resin under their right pointer finger but they were OK and it was no big deal. On [REDACTED] at the end of their shift [REDACTED] shared with leadership that they were going to go to Urgent Care for treatment. [REDACTED] leadership reached out to [REDACTED] for more details. Upon discussion with [REDACTED] they shared they had been self treating since the incident with Tylenol and Neosporin. They also shared that they were not wearing gloves when the incident occurred.
