What happened
Employee was leaving the building there was black ice covering the sidewalks and parking lot. Poor weather conditions. Employee was headed to car and slipped and fell. Witness heard a crack when employee hit is head on the concrete. He rolled to his side grabbing his head. Employee was taken to the emergency room.
