What happened
Employee was having lunch in his car. He had gotten out to go back to work and turned the corner to walk up to the employee entrance and hit a slick patch and fell. His foot slipped and he fell directly onto his left knee. When he entered the building he told me fell and showed me where. I had him put his foot up and put a cold pack on his knee to keep the swelling down. I asked him if he would like to see a doctor and he stated he did not he just wanted to rest it a bit.
