At [REDACTED] the Security Guard was notified by the team member that she had slipped and hurt her right knee while walking down a stepladder. The team member was brought to the security room to fill out a report. After the report the team member returned to her work area; however she reported shortly after her leg had gotten worse. [REDACTED] was called and informed that the team member would receive an email on what she would need to do. The team member was provided an ice pack and she decided she would head home to nurse her injury. Team Member statement: I was arranging material in the glue area. I climbed the ladder there. As I stepped off I missed the next step and took the wrong step. My weight fell on my right knee. It started to hurt. I immediately reported it to my supervisor [REDACTED].
