Glass bottle broke when trying to remove a jammed bottle from the filler when it was leaking spraying with product and wedged between the starwheel between rinser and filler he lifted or struck the bottle that had tension on the filler stem with his bare hands the bottle broke the bottle flew into the air and he received a laceration on his left hand after the glass struck his hand.
